Terms & Conditions

Acceptance occurs when you (a) complete a purchase on this site, (b) check any "I agree" box at checkout, or (c) continue to use any FFE service after these Terms are displayed.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use any FFE service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at this address with its "Last Updated" date. Material changes affecting your subscription will be emailed to you before they take effect. Continuing your subscription after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops all future charges and takes effect at the end of your current paid month. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for exactly how to cancel.

Your sub-account remains part of FFE's agency account and stays active only while your subscription is active and paid. If your subscription ends or payment fails and is not resolved, access to the sub-account may be suspended and later removed.

You own the contacts and customer data you collect. Before cancelling, you are responsible for exporting any contacts or data you want to keep. FFE's funnels, templates, workflows, and other system assets inside the sub-account remain FFE's property (see Section 04).

The FFE Business Engine subscription is separate from any Freedom Franchise Ecosystem™ license, the Legacy Builders Program, or any other product you may buy from a Freedom Partner or third party. Those purchases are governed by their own terms and are not covered by this Agreement.

• Referrals are tracked by cookie for up to 365 days from the click. Referrals that are not tracked by the system are not eligible.
• Commissions are calculated on payments actually received. No commission is paid on refunded, disputed, charged-back, or failed payments, and any commission already paid on such a payment may be deducted from future commissions.
• Commissions earned in a calendar month are paid on or around the 15th of the following month, to the payout method you set up in the referral portal.
• You may not earn a commission on your own subscription.
• We may change commission rates or Program rules going forward with at least 30 days' email notice. Changes do not affect commissions already earned.
• We may suspend or end your Program participation, and withhold unpaid commissions on affected referrals, for any violation of this Agreement, including misleading marketing, spam, or income claims.

While your subscription is active and paid, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the FFE assets provided inside your own sub-account solely to operate your own business. The license ends automatically when your subscription ends.

You agree not to use any FFE service to send spam, make misleading or unlawful claims, harass anyone, infringe anyone's rights, or break any law or platform rule (including GoHighLevel's, Stripe's, and Skool's own terms). You are responsible for all content you publish and all messages you send from your sub-account.

We may suspend or terminate your subscription, sub-account access, community access, and Program participation, with or without notice, for any material breach of this Agreement, non-payment, a chargeback, or conduct that harms FFE, its members, or its reputation.

On termination you must stop using FFE assets and brand materials. Sections 03 (for commissions owed or reversed), 04, and 08–09 survive termination.

Freedom Partners and subscribers are independent business owners. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or franchise relationship, or gives anyone an ownership interest in FFE. The title "Freedom Partner" is descriptive only and does not give authority to act on behalf of FFE or Adam Chamsine.

FFE services run on third-party platforms including GoHighLevel, Stripe, and Skool. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their outages, changes, pricing, or policies. Your use of them is also governed by their own terms. FFE may earn affiliate commissions from tools it recommends.

FFE services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee any business result, income, uptime, or that the services will be error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adam Chamsine's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid FFE in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adam Chamsine from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your marketing, your content, or your breach of this Agreement or the law.

If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent needed and the rest stays in effect. This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, Earnings Disclaimer, and Refund & Cancellation Policy, is the entire agreement between you and FFE regarding the subscription.
