Your name, email address, phone number, and billing details when you check out, plus any information you share with us during onboarding or support.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
If you arrive through a Freedom Partner's referral link, we record which link you used so the correct Freedom Partner can be credited. We also collect standard usage data such as pages visited, device, and browser.
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers that help us run FFE (such as GoHighLevel, Stripe, Skool, and email and analytics providers), only as needed to provide our services.
If you signed up through a Freedom Partner's referral link, that Freedom Partner can see limited referral information in their referral portal, such as that a referral occurred and its subscription and commission status.
We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
We use cookies to operate the site, remember referrals (for up to 365 days), and understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, but referral credit and some features may not work.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. You can unsubscribe at any time. Service emails about your subscription (such as receipts and billing notices) will still be sent while your subscription is active.
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from FFE about your subscription, onboarding, appointments, and account updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not unsubscribe you from email. Our text messaging is sent through a registered A2P 10DLC campaign in compliance with the TCPA and carrier rules.
We keep personal information for as long as your subscription is active and afterwards as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor them as required by law.
Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we will delete it promptly if we learn we have.
